I am a wife to a wonderful husband and a mom to a precious little boy. I love Dolly Parton, well-written songs, people who keep things real, and Jesus. My husband and I have moved across the country too many times to count, but we now reside in Midland, TX where it’s dusty and there isn’t much to do, but we have some awesome friends, so it’s well worth it. I don’t think my thoughts are super lofty or that I deserve to have a following because of any grand ideas, but I like to write, and I believe our stories have the ability to help others, so I write out parts of my story here.
Side note: Please know that I am not a theologian, and I believe that understanding ourselves, God, and who God made us to be are best done in community – as a part of a local church body – and not in isolation. I’m also not as smart as your Bible – so use it to test what I say.
